Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations for dental clinic patients using digital systems.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external partners to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about clinic services and procedures.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing payments, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of the clinic’s front office, including inventory of office supplies.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the reception and waiting areas.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by addressing concerns and facilitating efficient service delivery.
