Job Description
- Responsible for operating, managing and maintaining GPX fiber Network.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining GPX Physical infrastructure, like panels and testing tools.
- Responsible for customer installation, including power modeling, solution designing and physical customer equipment installation.
- Implement and maintain GPX internal network and IT systems in GPX data centers and offices.
- Working as a Data Center operation engineer, for customer interfacing receiving trouble tickets and taking necessary actions for resolving.
- Monitoring and working on BMS system as a user level.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Supporting sales team as a presales engineer for successful customer solutions implementation
- Working on flexible hours, on a shift basis
- Supervising all GPX vendors working inside GPX data centers
- Implementing any related data center work upon request by management team
Job Requirements
