Job Description

  • Update the monthly and weekly plan and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Daily follow-up of the total production of all machines detailed for each machine separately, with monitoring of stops and malfunctions to make reports of the causative efficiency.
  • Making purchase orders for raw materials and packing materials necessary for the production process.
  • Sending the weekly productivity plan to the production Department and ensuring the priorities of production and the efficiency of use of machines and labor
  • Follow up the actual consumption of materials and compare it with the plan and assist the production department in presenting the causes of wastage in materials and practical suggestions to reduce the waste to the prescribed percentage.
  • Follow up on the factory balance report of the finished product and send it to the Sales Department.
  • Monitor the consumption rate of Raw/Pack stock to expose any deviations or unexpected running out as early as possible, as well running root cause analysis to disclose the reasons behind.
  • Maintain inventories of items and supplies appropriate to meet our market plans and our customer service level.
  • Follow up the deviations of stock consumption rate and take my corrective action.
  • Analyze the workload and determine the number of workers needed to implement local production and export plans.
  • Keep Communicate with vendors and suppliers to Securing the company's stock in each material and keeping them and not relying on one source.
  • Manage and arrange the unexpected orders of on-demand items.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Accounting or any relevant field.  
  • Occupational Health and Safety course is plus 
  • Risk Management is plus 
  • at least 5 years at the same position in FMCG in Planning Department.
  • Previous experience in Food Manufacturing is a MUST
  • Fully Understanding of ERP System.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS. Office “Excel – Power Point”
