Job Description
- Update the job Evaluation, job design, job description.
- Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools.
- Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment process and procedure.
- Dealing with different Collars.
- Create and update an organization Chart
- Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analyses.
- Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or law or relevant field.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in the HR department.
- HR certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Decision-making skills.
