Main Job Duties:
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Answer questions about Courses and the company
- Maintain professional relationship with every customer.
- Have to fulfill customer’s queries over phone and maintain email to follow up contacts, sales and quires.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort
- Answer calls from clients
- Contact and progress every lead to maximize sales opportunities through multiple contact methods, including phone, email and live chat
- Consult customers to understand their needs and empower them to make a purchasing decision
- Build strong customer rapport through a high quality of written/oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
- Manage knowledge about the booking process and all service options available for students
- Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems
- Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support at all times
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Graduates Only.
- Males Only.
- Cairo Residents
- Having 1-3 years experience in Telesales (is a must)
- Having experience in E-Learning (is a preferred).
- Having experience in Courses & Education (is a preferred)
- Maximum age: 30 Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Sales (Selling to companies).
- Sales Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Very Good English is a Must
- Negotiation Skills

- Gulf area experience is preferred
