Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights and potential areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
