Job Description

  • interims settlement and record on system 
  • classify expenses and cost accurately 
  • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
  • Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Cost variances after comparing with planned 

Job Requirements

  • Very Good command of excel and Microsoft office 
  • At least 3 years of experience at real estate field 
  • At Least 1 year experience in using ERP System 
  • well-known of interims settlement and all related accounts 
  • high ability  to learn 
  • high reporting skills and communication skills 
  • team player and organized 
  • high analytical skills
