Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. Managing the buying process and engaging in commercial sourcing management we achieve the best contractual conditions and best results.


Partner with the best


As a Lead Procurement Specialist you will take ownership for the sourcing and buying process. You will provide support to cross-functional teams on a variety of projects. Using your knowledge of the market and vendors, you will build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal teams.


As a Lead Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Coordinating with category/sourcing to identify/develop sources.
  • Creating and maintaining master data for purchase items and driving assigned action plans to achieve KPI’s.
  • Managing end to end PO execution process.
  • Managing delivery /schedule challenges & Update ERP with latest update.
  • Playing a coordinator role with other functions (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, WH & Logistics) to resolve issues.
  • Working with suppliers & AP team to resolve payment issues.
  • Guiding and leading other buyers, as required/assigned.
  • Looking out for improvement opportunities in assigned business area.
  • Taking up improvement projects, as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a Bachelor's degree
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
  • Be a CIPS certified is a plus
  • Have experience in purchase of Oil & Gas completion equipment is preferred 
  • Have an excellent Microsoft Office skills
