Job Description

  • Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development initiatives to support business objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in organizational processes, structures, and talent capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute strategies for talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze organizational effectiveness using data-driven approaches and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of organizational development programs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and best practices related to organizational development.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, job design, and workforce planning to optimize efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • English level : upper intermediate to Advanced ( B2 : C1 )
  • Hands on experience in OD functions ( TA , L&D , Performance & Talent Management)
  • Manufacturing / Industrial work experience is a must
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, and talent development principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
