About the Job
- Estimate and prepare the bill of quantities with prices for Low Current Systems for , commercial, governmental and industrial projects.
- CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS
- Provide technical support and application design and support sales representatives in the field or meeting for technical inquiries.
- Conduct material takeoff from received drawings (pipe length, total no of equipment, routing options, etc.)
- Check design compatibility/fitness of proposal for Low Current Systems.
- Preparing Technical submittals for projects designed and support if required in team members' technical submittals.
- Prepare workshop drawings if needed from projects which have been awarded (when needed)
- Sustain a positive teamwork environment when required.
- Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes, designs, and pricing options.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking equipment and PA systems is a must.
- PRICE, STUDY PROJECT, SUBMIT PROPOSAL AND TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL.
- Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD, Word & Excel, battery and storage calculators, etc.
- Excellent English communication IS A MUST.
- Working knowledge of the design of low current systems specifically CCTV, and Access control.
- Be able to do the workshop and as-built drawings.
- Office Location: Mohandiseen.
- Experience Minimum 5 years in the field with hands-on experience with manufacturers.
