Job Description

Medico-Marketing Business unit is a nucleus unit, and its main role is converting the rigid scientific and medical content to developed, go-to-market collaterals with specific market requirements, crafting specific brand communication objectives based on the high market dynamicity as well as obtaining all the required approvals and logistics that ensure brand  readiness

Job Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling and planning a service portfolio for Caduceus Lane customers and clients as per cluster segmentation
  • Aligning the agreed project management projects to meet the operational standards
  • Preparing and delivering all the needed tools and supporting the back End Team to ensure the successful execution of products.
  • Budgeting customers’ acquisition to maximize the company’s revenue and sales opportunity along with sharing the team’s vision and forecasting accordingly
  • Conducting cross-alignment with other business units to obtain cross markets effectiveness
  • Following and monitoring sales plans, commercial objectives, and targets on a regular basis and sharing the company’s achievements
  • Ensuring updated customer lists with a scalable expansion plan
  • Following up the financial proposals process until the end of the financial cycle
  • Assuring the quality and consistency of diverse products and solutions
  • Strengthening our brand and enhancing customer loyalty and advocacy
  • Conducting business review report with the high-level management to recap our service portfolio and ensure the growth and development of our business partnership
  • Preparing market and competitors analysis reports
  • Traveling for business trips inside or outside Egypt according to the business need if required

Job Requirements

Essential Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Having a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/Science/Medicine, or any related field
  • Having +12 years’ experience in any relevant position, such as a brand manager or any similar role, preferably in a multinational healthcare organization
  • Having experience in multiple therapeutic areas relevant to healthcare commercial industries is preferable
  • Having a strong Commercial, Medical, and Marketing background in customer-facing positions in a healthcare marketing organization
  • Having a high level of digital services/solutions adoption
  • Demonstrating strong presentation and collaborative skills and being able to work cross-functionally with virtual teams
  • Having a proven record of success, preferably in healthcare regional markets
  • Having a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing or an MBA is a plus

Essential Skills and Competencies: 

  • Having a scientific background in marketing
  • Having research and medical writing skills
  • Demonstrating fluency in written and verbal business English and Arabic
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
