Job Description

  • Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner that a response is given within 24 hours max.
  • Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments.
  • Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
  • Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting rooms(ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanness and Accessories………….etc) 
  • Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
  • Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
  • Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • Bachelor degree
  • V.good in English is a must 
  • Presentable
  • V.good written and verbal communication skills
  • V.good computer skills
  • Translation background is a plus
