Job Description
- Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner that a response is given within 24 hours max.
- Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments.
- Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services.
- Responsible of the ambiance and image of the office and meeting rooms(ex: Furniture , smell ,general cleanness and Accessories………….etc)
- Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies.
- Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general.
- Set up and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa

- Bachelor degree
- V.good in English is a must
- Presentable
- V.good written and verbal communication skills
- V.good computer skills
- Translation background is a plus
