Job Description
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Assist in planning and execution of projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, and reporting.
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement processes where applicable.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or administrative role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
