Job Description
- Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and inventory reports
- Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM
- Follow-up on the inventory on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately
- Remain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactions
- Perform managerial functions, such as preparing proposals and writing reports.
- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
- Maintain an open dialogue with other management to coordinate activities and document control.
- Assurance accurate process of closing deals and receiving original contracts by concerned clients.
- Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract. • Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Prepare commission reports and deliver it to CEO
- Dealing with Accounting team to make sure that every sales transaction go smoothly
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of inventory management operations. • Keeps original copies of the entire signed contracts.
- Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to administrating all sales transactions.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over Time.

Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST
- +3 years experience in the same position as Operation Manager
- Experience in sales operations and contracts.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office
- Proficiently in using CRM system
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation Skills
