Social Media Executive
Hekouky is looking for a Social Media Executive, to manage all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Management of Social Media Channels
- Creation of content that drives the brand and engage clients
- Generate social media performance reports
- Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement
- Collaborate with the content team and providing data insights
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a social media executive or manager
- knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Strong Audience understanding and targeting skills
- Creation and reporting of performance using a KPI dashboard
- Understanding of Social Media Analytics
- Understanding of SEO Google Analytics
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Possess solid communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Comfortable with working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment
