Job Description
- Assists with the monitoring and review of Toll Operations performance.
- Assists with toll program planning, analysis, design and development of solutions/methods.
- Manage all interactions and communications with the manufacturing site to facilitate our production processes and keep it lean.
- Fixing the Production time line and due dates for production batches for running products and Pipeline and scale-up batches (Pilot batches).
- Responsible for the production plan for multiple products in order to produce the customer's orders on time.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output
- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Generating routine and ad-hoc reports using production records.
- Participates in issuing batch records and SOPs and keep them always updated as per business requirements.
- Coordinates production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Monitors production to resolve issues.
- Determines the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Ensures output meets quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus
- Age is not exceed 28 Years.
- Proven experience in Toll & Production Field from 2 to 3 Years.
- Good Connection with dietary factories.
- Deep knowledge of production process
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
