Job Description
- Lead sales activities.
- Manage key accounts in electricity, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct regular customer visits and present technical solutions.
- Review technical specifications and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
- Build a strong pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Mentor junior sales team and support their technical development.
- Coordinate with the factory for clarifications and product support.
- Submit weekly sales plans and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the electric control or mechanical applications sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive engineering market.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and conducting product demonstrations.
- Ability to travel within Egypt and the Middle East as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in an office-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Having a car is a must.
