Job Description
As a UI/UX designer you’re expected to have the outstanding artistic sense to create a distinctive user experience through establishing a user-friendly, smoothing, functional, and responsive interface as well as owning necessary web technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Coordinate with software development team for implementation.
- Rapid prototyping of design concept and user interface.
- Translate concepts into wire-frames and mock-ups that lead to intuitive and friendly user experiences.
- Identify UI/UX problems and recommend effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Understanding graphic design concept and artwork creation.
- Experience design for website, social media & mobile platforms
- Solid experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
- Excellent knowledge about CSS, Bootstrap,
- Must be able to present clearly in Arabic and English your thought process in designing a UI.
- Must be able to articulate your ideas clearly and defend them against criticism. (You must be well-read)
- Must be able to incorporate feedback into your evolving design.
- Have a strong track record in creating amazing UIs.
- Have a good ethical sensibility.
- Associate’s Degree in Design or related field.
- A strong artistic and visual eye for design, applicable to both web and print-based projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CS6.
- Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in designing UI/UX for web, mobile, or other products
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Solid understanding of designing for the web, including its limitations and challenges (Responsive, mobile, tablet).
- Organized and detail-oriented – must be able to quality assess own work.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team or work individually.
- Eager to learn new techniques and technologies.
- 2+ years of experience designing in a consumer product-focused environment
- 2-3 years relevant experience with 2 or more years of user experience and design experience for software, Web applications and mobile devices
