Job Description

General Responsibilities: 

The Student Recruitment Advisor will be, first and foremost, accountable for attracting top, profile-fit students to enroll at the University of Hertfordshire in Egypt through direct outreach efforts.

Duties:

  • Represent UH-GAF in internal and external events during weekdays and weekend days, as requested.
  • Do campus tours for prospective students and their parents
  • Make presentations on and off campus about UH-GAF on school campuses, exhibitions and events
  • Make inbound and outbound phone calls to guide and advise students about the UH different programs and admission requirements and persuade them to make UH-GAF as the university of their choice
  • Be in direct contact with the assigned list of students and their parents to offer constant advice and support throughout the student recruitment process
  • Update student data on UH-GAF’s CRM software on a regular basis, including their contact information, lead status and enrollment updates
  • Liaise with the marketing communication and admissions department when required to provide coherent and consistent answers to requests and inquiries
  • Offer support and training to the Call Center team when required to ensure the relay of adequate and accurate information to interested students and parents

Job Requirements

Education:         
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university.
Experience:         
  • 2-5 years of experience working with youth, preferably in higher education or relevant setting.
Skills:         
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Strong relationships with key decision makers in international schools in Egypt, especially academic/career counselors.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented character with a record of accomplishment in achieving challenging personal and team targets.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to forecast individual targets.
  • Travel Required: A few times a year inside Egypt.
