Job Description
- Study and monitor the current global market and analyze its trends, to provide basis for management strategic decisions to cope with those trends.
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to realize new markets opportunities or threats.
- Research Specific countries to support current sales efforts.
- Target customer segment in each market.
- Required technical product specs in each market.
- Improve & develop our brand (positioning) in each market.
- Communicate with traders and wholesalers in potential targeted markets and pass sales leads to the relevant area managers.
- Analyze exports sales progress against indicators to monitor productivity & goal progress.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, publications and other professionals in order to:
- Understand market needs.
- Define sale-able products to satisfy their needs.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities in overseas market and identify potential market segments for the W.P products in each market.
- Assist Exports team in identifying the potential areas and accordingly suggest ways of improving and developing these areas.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers in order to:
- Increase brand awareness
- Introduce/ propose products to satisfy market needs
- Promote excellent customer service
- Build business relationship with them.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience at export marketing research preferably in construction products.
- Civil engineering background is a plus.
