Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with a strong sense of organization, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required — training will be provided.
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, assisting with stock counts, and helping ensure the accurate and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse or storage area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing incoming inventory
- Track and record inventory movements using inventory management systems
- Help conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or overstocked items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas
- Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist in preparing inventory reports as needed
- Follow company safety and handling procedures at all times
- Perform other warehouse or administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No previous experience required — training will be provided
