Social Media Moderator

We are seeking a Social Media Moderator who will be responsible for managing our company's social media presence and creating engaging content to promote our brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, as well as moderating user-generated content and maintaining a positive online reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, moderate and respond to user-generated content, comments, and messages across social media channels in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive online reputation for the company.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and content across all social media platforms.
• Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using various analytics tools, and provide reports to the marketing team and upper management.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply them to our marketing strategies.
