Job Description

• Organizes all telephone communications, emails and correspondences of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, records them, prepares responses to them, and follows them up.

• Ensuring the recording, updating and implementation of the dates, interviews, movements and commitments of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

• Attending directors' / senior management's meetings and giving a daily summary to the Chairman of the Board of Directors while following up on assignments.

• Making various studies and reports, internal and external, upon request and without request, regarding the automobile industry and its feeding industries.

• Collecting and arranging the documents required to be approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors -the post office - and distributing them to the competent authorities after their approval and follow-up on their implementation.

• Follow-up studies and laws related to the automotive industry and the car-feeding industries on the Internet and newspapers, and file a file for that.

• Assisting in administrative work and secretarial work for the Chairman of the Board of Directors Organizing and managing senior management meetings, preparing the topics and documents required for them, keeping and distributing the minutes of the meeting, and following up on the implementation of meeting decisions according to the regulations

• Ensure that correspondence, correspondence, brochures, paper and electronic sources are preserved and arranged in a way that facilitates reference to and benefit from them, along with submitting reports in this regard.

• Ensuring that there is sufficient stock for all the requirements and needs of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in terms of library tools and other supplies

• Ensuring that all office and electrical equipment is in a working condition continuously and requesting maintenance officials from within and outside the company to follow up on maintenance work for all office equipment in the office of senior management

• Follow up the calculation of miles/kilometres with airlines that are used by the Chairman of the Board of Directors

• Follow-up to send telegrams of congratulations, condolences and other compliments

• Follow up on the personal tasks and assignments of the Chairman of the Board of Directors

• Preparing checks for signature and following up on bank and credit card balances as needed

• Carrying out the tasks assigned to him within the scope of his job.

Job Requirements
