Market Collaboration Lead

Job Description:

The Market Collaboration Lead will be situated in Jeddah office reporting to KSA market collaboration HeadOwns the consensus forecast in the market for their portfolio/region, in periods for the full horizon (up to 39 periods), ensuring sign off from the respective Sales directors. Achieves this by maintaining forecast drivers (building blocks), assessing trends, evaluating risks and opportunities, and managing upside and downside scenarios in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance teams.With specific focus on 4+ periods planning horizon key to the role is ensuring a balanced forecast that considers demand sensed inputs and all associated building blocks factoring in relevant input (e.g., promotional activity, distribution changes, marketing campaigns) for their portfolio. This requires the ability to create and analyze different scenarios against a defined set of metrics.What are we looking for?

· BSc or BA in business, supply chain management, science and/or engineering. Master or advanced degree (sciences or business) preferred

· >5 years of demand management experience for a global or multi-plant CPG/FMCG company

 · >5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Knowledge / Experience

· E2E understanding of Supply Chain with detailed experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management

 · Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders including the ability to articulate the needs of the business and the customers to supply chain stakeholders.

· Ability to work in a matrix structure

· Ability to listen to others and link to others’ ideas

 · Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Own the Consensus forecast for the portfolio/region.
•  providing the insights for the consensus forecast across the full horizon
• Maintain forecast drivers for the portfolio/region, understands drivers of base sales trends (last year, previous years and YOY), upside and downside scenarios
•  Assess trends, risks and opportunities together with the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams
•  Incorporate approved upside and downside scenarios on top of the system generated forecast at appropriate level of hierarchy.
• Monitor forecast consumption versus forecast and work with MC manager to respond to forecast evolution during the cycle.
