Job Description
- Manage the cycle of GUC-CCE (Centre of Continuing Education) registration & administration
- Internal communication with different GUC stakeholder
- Establish archiving system, data base for GUC-CCE
- Responsible for follow up on communication with different stakeholders
- Follow up on evening classes
- Run monitor and evaluation tools for the classes
- Manage telephone inquiries by different stakeholders
- Assist in operational daily work, marketing work, and sales activities of the Center
Job Requirements
- 2-3 min years’ experience
- Fluent English
- Professional user of basic Microsoft business package
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- German Language is a plus
