1. Monitoring daily progress of maintenance activities
2. Finding better ways to modify or adjust the system to increase the
life of running machines.
3. Collecting critical repeating problems from subordinates and
disusing/implementation of better solutions.
4. Follow up critical spares directly to purchase department and
suppliers
5. Preparing annual budget for mechanical maintenance department
and follow up the same.
6. Keeping the correspondence with suppliers for developing the cost
effective spares and reduce the maintenance cost
7. Preparation of monthly report on maintenance activity, spares
situation, down time details, maintenance cost etc.
8. Supervise and co-ordinate with machine shop supervisor for
developing spares in our own workshop to reduce the
maintenance spares cost.
9. Preventive maintenance follow up on Monitoring
Maintenance activity as per the Master Plan
10. Close follow up with Production Department to optimize the
operating condition of Equipements.
