Job Description
- Receive vacancies requests and perform the sourcing in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions
- Help in creating job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose and scope of responsibilities (if not provided).
- Source candidates using different platforms and hiring channels
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Interview candidates to assess their skills (Competency Based Interviews).
- Conduct reference check & necessary tests as required.
- Arrange second interviews with hiring managers and work on their feedback to adjust the selection criteria accordingly
- Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Archive CVs properly for potential openings
- Assist with other administrative functions
- Align with the HR Manager regarding monthly hiring needs
- Prepare monthly attrition analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing hiring progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication and handling skills
- Having experience in hiring managerial positions is a plus
- Past experience in mass hiring is an added advantage
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
