Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
A Product Manager with expertise in NetSuite Real Estate Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and management of our product offerings in the real estate sector. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate business processes, NetSuite ERP solutions, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality NetSuite Real Estate solutions.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work closely with development teams to deliver winning products.
Product Development and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in NetSuite and real estate technologies.
Continues Development:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in NetSuite ERP and real estate solutions.
- Implement processes for continuous product improvement and iteration.
- Any Other task assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ERP solutions and/or real estate technology.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of real estate business processes, including property management, leasing, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
