Job Description

Job brief:

TC Egypt is hiring operations manager in the women empowerment department.

  1. She will work in collaboration with operations staff to provide leadership and advice on all aspects of office management and operations to successfully deliver operations services

Job objective:

To enable the operation of existing programs and launch of regular and successful new projects that best fit the needs of the people we serve , the church and the body of Christ.

Duties & responsibilities :

  • Creating the calendar of the programs (events , schools, book clubs , workshops , etc. ) of SHE dep.
  • Coordinate with SHE at other TC branches (any kind of networking) in a manner that achieves the annual goals.
  • Managing the programs end- to end from planning to execution and monitoring (that includes all the marketing and sales process , trainings , volunteers , relationships with the attendees & trainers ).
  • Create / update content programs to achieve new approach to align with program objectives in coordination with the subject matter expert (content office )
  • Manage campaigns on social media platforms & media presence (portal programs , media episodes , etc.,...)
  • Assisting and creating relationships and partnerships with women initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and evaluation of all programs and setting corrective actions (if needed ) and submit results to recovery & women empowerment sector manager.
  • Maintain and overlook the communication and work flow in the department, make sure everyone is on the right track and do corrective actions when needed.
  • Serve the women we serve through all available methods (one on one, phone calls, virtual meetings, facilitating groups, book clubs, ext..)
  • Create an annual plan, execute it and make corrective actions when needed.
  • Maintain a healthy community between our volunteers, through the weekly meeting, training and discipleship.
  • Plan and monitor staff leave and absences such that there is minimal disruption to Operations services; in coordination with human resources.
  • Carry out objective performance monitoring of the work of the Team, and ensure performance monitoring and evaluation of each individual staff member within it,  in coordination with the strategic management office, sector head and human resources.
  • Manage budgetary planning, monitoring and financial administration. in coordination with the finance office.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience : Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Language : Excellent command of English language.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite(technology)
  • Experience in market research
  • High awareness of women challenges all the world and in Egypt especially, and high awareness of women needs in Egypt especially.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet and respond to evolving and emerging department needs.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinker
  • Able to work independently and collaborative.
  • Team management skills
  • Self learner and high research skills.
