Job Description

  • Maintain Office Supplies, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders.
  • Handling the office central services which include mail, external affairs, and corresponding letters.
  • Handling the office expenses.
  • Maintain and update the office filling system.
  • Good knowledge of handling financial budget and business planning
  • Prepare events and any related logistics and social activities assigned to the concerned department 
  • Cross communication with all stakeholders and departments 
  • Managing the calendar and arranging new appointments.
  • Follow up on Maintenance of all office equipment
  • Prepare official letters and payment requests 
  • Assist in Handling any administration inquires and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Good English, Written and spoken
  • Communication/ Interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
  • BSc of commerce- Accounting section
