Job Description
- Draw and Design Electrical drawings (Power, lighting, lighting control, low current systems, installation details, earthing and lightning protection) and coordinate with other departments.
- Interpret design brief and criteria, installation manuals and datasheets.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets for proposed material/equipment in accordance to consultants recommended specifications.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities of all proposed equipment’s and their respective costs (if available).
- Identify technologies that meets individual client needs and engage with them technical information required to prepare customer proposal.
- Coordinate with customer appointed consultant and prepare any required material and shop drawing submittals after project award Provide technical support to implementation team and address any questions with regards to solution design and proposed equipment throughout project implementation phase.
- Assist in recommendations for future acquisitions equipment.
- Prepare project procurement plan with coordination with (AV Head & Head of operation).
- Receive and evaluate technical updates from technical office and other department.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services & material meets the required standards
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience at least 3 years at building & construction field.
- Indoor and outdoor lighting calculations using Dialux, Dialux evo or Relux.
- Voltage Drop & Short Circuit calculations manually and using ETAP.
- Microsoft Office (EXCEL) for Panel Board Schedules, MCC, calculations sheets, Load estimations, cables feeders’ tables and equipment schedules,
- Develop and conduct design reports.
- Good command of using CAD, REVIT, and other supporting computer design tools
- Strong written, verbal (Arabic & English), and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer service and team-oriented management; ability to work collaboratively within an academic community.
- Must be a permanent resident of Greater Cairo.
