Job Description
- Identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective Financial Institutions.
- Create valuation models, information memorandums, and pitches, periodic reports to limited partners, market reviews for prospective investment opportunities.
- Manage a team of analysts.
- Provide support in the execution phase, including managing due diligence process and agreements follow up.
- Provide Support in the baseline assessment and strategy development exercise for Investees, through: Intellectual input in brainstorming sessions, Gathering required data internally and externally, Study market trends through desk and on the ground data research.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Investment banking, private equity and/ or management consultancy.
- Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills English & Arabic.
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentations
- Excellent presentation skills & Modelling.
- A high level of attention to details.
