Job Description

Strategic R.

  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • Assist Sales Manager for implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • Identifying appropriate business targets, to generating sales opportunities by concept of P&L

Basic R.

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and Motivate team members
  • Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources.
  • Accompany VIP buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Perform administrative duties and oversee day-to-day operation needs.
  • Support his/her team members ‘and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Motivate team members and support them to solve their process.
  • Communicate and cooperate with marketing team to improve sales opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Manage and control back-office of sales department through sales admin person.

Reports

  • Present Reports of (sales, revenue and expenses) for subordinate.
  • Analyzing results and generates regularly sales reports for direct manager.

Note:

  • We are looking for (4 Positions) Male & Female.
  • Compound sales Team (Friday is weekend) / Individual property sales Team (Thursday is weekend)
  • Only Brokerage experiences will be shortlisted.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Any
  • Experience 5 : 7 in the real estate - two Years in the same role (Brokerage) field
  • V.good English Language skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process & closing deal.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Direct, Remotely)
  • Organization, negotiation and teamwork skills.
  • Customer service focus and presentation skills.
  • Gender: Any (Multiple Position chance)
  • Age up to 35 Yrs. Max
  • Having a car is must
  • Lives nearest 6 October city
