Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Prepare reports,  letters,  and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Organizing  meetings through outlook meetings and follow up with all attendees to ensure final meeting agenda and attendees list 
  • Organizing a Board member’s diary and making appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining office system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Must have 2+ experience years in the same position
  • Prefer living in or near Obour City
  • Top of the line organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
  • Great time management abilities
  • Amazing interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
  • Incredible communication skills
  • Great skills using the Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook is the must)
