Job Description
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Organizing meetings through outlook meetings and follow up with all attendees to ensure final meeting agenda and attendees list
- Organizing a Board member’s diary and making appointments
- Organizing and maintaining office system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Must have 2+ experience years in the same position
- Prefer living in or near Obour City
- Top of the line organizational skills
- Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
- Great time management abilities
- Amazing interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
- Incredible communication skills
- Great skills using the Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook is the must)
