Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
- ISTNetworks is willing to hire multiple Cisco Engineers, the job holder will be responsible for implementing (either offshore or insource) Cisco IP contact center products with advanced complex features, like UCCE, UCCX, and providing tier 2 support for live projects through Service Edge. Besides s/he coach System Engineers, also responsible for projects documentation, i.e PP , LLD , UAT..etc
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Install, configure and implement Cisco IP contact center components and features, UCCE, UCCX (offshore or insource)
- Troubleshoot issues in components and systems if problems arise.
- Support tier 2 live projects through on call and service edge.
- Provide maintenance like apply batches and fixes for products.
- Apply changes in request raised by the customer.
- Act as a technical reference for system engineers and coach them.
- Generate project documents, i.e PP, LLD, UAT.
Communications & Working Relationships
- Internal: Across technical teams, sales and presales teams
- External: The technical focal point from customer side and with vendors and partners.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualification:
Education background:
- BSc. Computer Engineering is preferred or BSc. Computer Science.
- CCNP collaboration certificate is a must.
Technical skills:
- Experienced in Cisco Voice products.
- Knowledge of IP Telephony.
- Experienced in OS (Windows Linux installation and Administration)
- Knowledge in Routing and Switching is a plus.
