Job Description
We are hiring call centre agents for an American account “inbound”
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
Job Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must
- This is working from home project, so you must have your own laptop and stable internet connection at home.
- Working will be 05 days a week, 9 hours a day
- Salary 6k net salary plus commission
- Available to join immediately
- Fine with night or overnight shifts
- Experience in call centre field for at least 01 year
