Job Description

We are hiring call centre agents for an American account “inbound”

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must
  • This is working from home project, so you must have your own laptop and stable internet connection at home.
  • Working will be 05 days a week, 9 hours a day
  • Salary 6k net salary plus commission
  • Available to join immediately
  • Fine with night or overnight shifts
  • Experience in call centre field for at least 01 year
