Job Description
- Provide admin & secretarial support including and not limited to organizing and preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails, and maintaining the filing system.
- Organize and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments, and arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings.
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
- Provide general support to chairman visitors.
- Establish and monitor procedures for record-keeping.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations.
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman and CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2: 4 years of experience as Admin Assistant/ Office Manager.
- Presentable female, age between 26 -35 years old.
- Excellent English and Business writing skills.
- Excellent time Management and Multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Nearest residence to Dokki & Ready to start immediately.
- Working Hours: 12 PM - 8 PM
- Day Offs: Friday & Saturday.
