Job Description
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for all IT related activities on-site that related to End users as 1st line of support also help and guide IT specialist as needed as a 2nd line of support.
- Infrastructure troubleshooting, solving all problems and raised issues via ticketing system within SLA.
- Responsible Maintenance, Troubleshooting of Desktop Pc’s & Laptops, servers HP and dell repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Responsible Escalate to vendor and follow up for open cases till being resolved.
- Responsible for Data center support RACK servers, cabling, PDUs, UPS and provide support for different IT teams as needed.
- Responsible for Infrastructure virtual environment (VMware).
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures to make sure that all servers are backed up successfully also responsible for validating backups on UAT environment (Testing environment)
- Responsible to patching processes for windows servers and client OS (win 10. ,11) preferably with SCCM ,SCOM experience, also for patching ESXI and all related system Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Responsible of end point security to manage Kaspersky security center, End points and EDR and respond to security team as needed.
- Provide support for cloud services O365 , MS Teams , AzureAD connect, SharePoint.
- Provide support for Exchange Environment and for senior levels engineers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
- Prepare activity reports as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar infrastructure. (Preferred experience in system integrator)
- Experienced in AD environment, DNS , DHCP, File services , Win server 2012, is a must
- Experienced in VMware environment ESXI is a must
- Experienced in Veeam backup solution is a must.
- MCSA ,MCSE is must (Not mandatory certified ).
- Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment.
- CCNA
- Firewalls basic knowledge (preferred with Fortinet Products, Fortigate,FortiMail,FortiAnalayzer) so he can well communicating with network and security team.
- Dedication, sense of ownership.
- Must be team oriented, team player ability to communicate different teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Command English
