Job Description

Role Overview

Dynamic role involving brand management as design. You will help develop, implement, and oversee branding and marketing strategies, as well as monitor and report on traffic and results. You will also undertake various design work as directed by the brand manager this will include product design and creative artwork design. Your responsibilities will grow and develop with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement systems and procedures pertaining to your daily responsibilities
  • Drive productivity and profitability by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
  • Direct contact with packaging suppliers and partner companies
  • Product design and creative artwork design
  • Monitoring web traffic metrics and advising management as appropriate
  • Create and maintain a branding matrix for the business
  • Create and send out emails as part of a newsletter strategy
  • Maintain an effective newsletter campaign that would help grow the business
  • Maintenance and updating of brand book and similar documents
  • Reporting to management on brand development and web traffic
  • Proactively reporting on changes to traffic and growth opportunities
  • Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Ensuring that the products, services and product lines are in line with the brand
  • Developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives
  • Proactively reviewing and monitoring other businesses’ branding and marketing activity to inspire our approach and emulate their approach

Job Requirements

  • You must be proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent design skills across a variety of software 
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • A willingness to listen, learn and grow
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
  • Computer literacy and an ability to learn how to utilise software quickly
  • Awareness and experience with google ads and Instagram/Facebook ads
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Advanced proficiency in photoshop and other branding software
  • Positive hands-on attitude and proactively in problem-solving and communicating
  • Commitment to the concept and the company
  • Interested in growing the business and your career
  • Be open, approachable, mindful and positive
  • Willing to take the initiative to step into other roles as and when needed
  • Excellent English communication skills, knowledge of a European language is a bonus
  • Artistic interest and awareness of branding trends
  • Strong analytical skills, business savviness and an ability to multitask
  • You do not need to be proficient in all the software mentioned above, but you should be aspiring to be. If there are other pieces of software that you think will do the job equally well you should put those forward
