Job Description

  • Investigate and determine employee needs
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies 
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention 
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Develop & implement the Groups new organization structure policy and design with Org Charts.
  • Plan and lead short and long term planning for OD programs.
  • Responsible for creating and developing the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
  • Oversee the annual appraisal process.

Job Requirements

  • HR MBA is preferable.
