Job Description
- Responsible for forging sources.
- Responsible for purchasing all importing and local Raw materials (active& inactive), packing materials for production.
- Make communication with supplier to bring offer
- Receive annual & quarter material Plan
- Communicate with supplier to prepare quarterly plan needs
- Responsible for issue all import & local purchase orders
- Responsible for preparing importation plan requirements
- Ensure that the delivery time and specified quality for required materials are achieved
- Coordinate with toll in to purchase their requirements from materials
- Following up all shipment’s clearance with registration Dept.
- Preparing suppliers for all products under registration (price & COA)
- Preparing all documents with QC Dept. for all products (COA&GMP&……)
- Coordinate with QC Dept. to preparing Raw materials database
- Preparing sample for all products to be used for trial batch
- Measure supplier’s performance and service level.
Job Requirements
- Medical Background (pharmacist, Scientist etc.)
- 1- 2 years of experience
- Computer skills & Language skills
- Supply chain certificates is preferred
- Negotiation skills
