Job Description
Provide the day-to-day support to administration & finance functions such as:
- Finance: Responsible for Cash custody, accurate records, participate in developing the budget, monitor transactions, expenses analysis, and budget/forecast reporting and control.
- Personnel: Responsible for employees’ records, leave/attendance, medical compliance., performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
- Admin: Responsible for logistics, procurement, management of assets, building/property safety, maintenance of assets, maintaining easy-access records, Travel/events arrangements, compliance with social/health insurance, labour office, tax authorities, traffic dep., and internal policies, coordinate IT operation, Interact with service providers/public partners.
- Any other tasks as needed
Job Requirements
Education: University degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Experience: At least 3-6 of relevant experience in administration, accounting, finance, business administration, or project administration is required
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), Outlook, database packages, and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Highly accurate, self-motivated, Innovative and team-oriented
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Committed to continuous learning and development
- Flexible and able to work extended hours as needed
- Prior experience with a non-profit organization would be an asset
- Passionate, and has affinity with the charitable goal of Brooke Egypt
