Job Description
Load and Thermal Analysis: Perform detailed calculations and analyses of wind, static loads, and thermal behavior for lighting products to ensure structural integrity, safety, and optimal performance.
Product Development Support: Work with the design team to bring new product ideas from initial concepts through to prototype and final production, ensuring that designs are mechanically sound and meet all functional requirements. and feasible for production.
Thermal Management: Analyze and design solutions for effective heat dissipation and thermal performance to ensure product longevity and efficiency.
Design Collaboration: Collaborate closely with industrial designers and electrical engineers to integrate mechanical design considerations into the overall product development process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience from 2 to 4 years
- Mechanical skills: Experience in mechanical design (2 or 3 years), with a focus on load analysis, static analysis, and thermal management.
- Computer skills: Experienced in CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks) for simulation and analysis.
- Creativity: Innovative in designs and the ways to translate an idea into a physical product.
- Artistic ability: Having an artistic sense to achieve the aesthetic side of the design and the ability to express the design through illustration or visualization.
