Supervise and coordinate all necessary activities of the Maintenance Department, including the maintenance and repair of parts and equipment.
This will include the planning of preventive maintenance and the monitoring and interpretation of reactive maintenance.
Ensuring readiness and availability of all systems on a 24/ 7 basis as per Service Level Agreements.
Ability to instill, maintain and enforce high safety awareness, company policies, and preventive maintenance attitude.
Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods, equipment performance, and quality of operations.
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies have complied
Set KPIs, performance criteria, and performance reviews for direct reports.
Responsible for employee development including hiring, recognition, discipline, and termination processes.
Establishes process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
Performs other duties as required.

Graduate from an Engineering University Mechanical /Electrical /civil Department.
7 - 10 years of proven experience in operation and maintenance preferably in the Residential Sector.
Some knowledge of project management PMP, FMP, CMMS.
Some level of analytical skill.
Familiarity with key performance indicators concepts including financial ones.
Excellent command of the English language.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in managing big teams.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle complicated details.
Ability to work under pressure.
