Job Description
- Devise effective territory sales and offline marketing strategies.
- Analyse numerical data to find the most efficient sales methods.
- Supervise all retail sales rep and check for their visits.
- Supervise the product price and prevent the illegal practices.
- Check the daily sales reports of his sales team.
- Co-operate with the fleet department to check the cars availability.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
- Supervise the way of approach from the sales reps and their presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solve any problem raised within his area.
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Prepare and submit reports to the CEO.
- Monitor and report the market status (inflation - competitors - and so on).
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Head “Retail Sales”
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
- Food & Beverage experience is a MUST.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Must have an own car with a valid private driving license.
- Ability to train the new hires.
- Presentable.
- ERP user.
