Job Description
To be responsible for communication with schools to arrange sessions for students that attract them to apply to ZC by offering them the advantages of the city compared to other universities and attending education exhibitions and campus tours to promote ZC
- Responsible for the recruitment plan implementation effectively and efficiently.
- Build & update applicants and all the interested party's databases
- Participate & coordinate in setting the annual school visits, campus tours, & university fairs schedule.
- Participate in Preparing for the annual open days for all university programs.
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between the university and prospective applicants and their families
- Traveling (give details of travel extent) to promote our school and programs
- Visits schools and meets with school councils to develop partnerships throughout the coordinates of community workshops, retreats, and on- site admissions programs.
- Prepares reports and proposals, and responds to inquiries from applicants and external agencies
- Achieve the target number of school visits, campus tours, & applicants visits
- Answer all student's and Parents' inquiries on the phone, social media etc.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- helping answers multiple phone lines, and admission email.
- Helping registrar team if they needs during the peak
- Helping during the admission prosses
