Job Description
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with top management to develop solutions for IT needs and set plans accordingly.
- Develop, update or replace IT department vision and obtain approval according to timely company business strategy.
- Lead IT related projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems or services.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the implementation of hardware requirement plan according to business needs which includes laptops, computers, printer, scanners, etc. Manage software related activities and procedures form installing operating systems till the continuous technical support.
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes to all company entities separately by communicating the required specs with the assigned service provider.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Define required company communication system and manage the coordination with service provider for implementation.
- Lead the process establishing IT related domains starting from purchasing to installation.
- Manage the documentation of IT related procedures and processes.
- Manage troubleshooting and maintenance procedures related to internal or outsourced IT systems.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of computer engineering or any relevant major.
- Certified MCSA
- Certified MCSE
- Excellent English
- Professional User of OS
- Males only
This position will be responsible for all branches in (Cairo, Mansoura, Alex, Assiut & (Gamasa, including the Plants))
