Job Description

  • Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all communications.
  • Translate complex real estate project information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics and infographics.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Prepare final artwork for print production and digital deployment, ensuring all files meet technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the company’s visual identity and brand assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Retouch and edit images as needed to ensure professional quality and consistency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and project launches.
  • Work on-site with the team to support event branding, signage, and other on-ground visual requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within real estate, architecture, or related industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Experience preparing files for both print and digital production.
  • On-site work arrangement required; must be able to work from the company’s office.
